Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AM Outcomes (“we”, “us”) collects when you use am-outcomes.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

01What we collect
  • Free guide form: your name, email address, business name (optional) and the page you were on when you submitted it.
  • Booking a consultation: your name, email address, the time you choose, your time zone and anything you write in the booking notes or questions.
  • Messages: whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Visit statistics: anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, country and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
02How we use it
  • To send you the free guide you asked for and follow up about it.
  • To schedule, prepare for and hold your consultation.
  • To reply to your messages and, if we work together, to deliver your project.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
03Services that process your data for us
  • Cloudflare hosts the website and provides anonymous visit statistics.
  • Web3Forms delivers guide form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google (Google Sheets) stores our list of guide requests and bookings.
  • Cal.com handles consultation bookings and video calls (Cal Video).
  • Zoho Mail hosts our email.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us there.
  • These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own security and privacy commitments.
04How long we keep it
  • Guide requests and booking details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we work together.
  • Client project information is kept for as long as needed to support the project and meet legal or accounting requirements.
  • You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
05Your choices and rights
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you.
  • Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
  • Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or Gulf countries), local data-protection laws may give you additional rights. We will respect them.
06Security
  • We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
07Children
  • Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
08Changes to this policy
  • If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
